About Paull’s Matting

Paulls is a family run company founded back in 1862 – originally hay and straw merchants – the company needed to keep the straw dry which led into canvas tarpaulins, and onto marquees, and now into marquee matting as well as other associated matting products.

The Managing Director – Craig Paull – is the great great grandson of the founder, and the next generation is also involved in the business on a day to day basis.

Paull & Co Ltd as it is known today, has been trading as a Ltd Co. for over 100 years, and over the years we have seen many changes but our ethics have always held true. We pride ourselves on our friendly approach as we want customers to come back to us again and again.
